Ennobl: A Brand For Professional Women Seeking Career Freedom

For years, I built my own website on a DIY platform. It was affordable…so I thought. 

What I didn’t understand at the time was the time = money formula. By spending time building that website, I was not spending time on marketing and business development. My business floundered.

Technically, the website worked. But it didn’t reflect the vision I carried inside me — the one that was growing louder and more urgent by the day. And, because I was too afraid to delegate work, the business struggled.

This year, I made a different choice: I invested in myself, my mission, and my business.

That shift was about more than design, it was about stepping fully into my role as CEO — not just wearing the title, but embodying the mindset that comes with it.

Because when you start asking, “How would a CEO think about this?” — everything changes.

From an Idea to a Movement

Earlier this year, I took an entrepreneur incubator course based in mindfulness practices. Oddly enough, it had never occurred to me to use the mindfulness tools I practice daily for building a business. 

I thought long and hard about who I could serve best with my unique skillset. I began to reflect on my own career, and realized that during my toughest moment - a time when two family members were battling brain cancer only a few months after I was promoted into a management role - that was the time I would have liked the skills I share now. 

Then I saw another woman coach make the claim to impact 1 million businesswomen in Asia. 

I knew what I had to do.

When I claimed my mission to impact 1 million women across the U.S. and Europe, I realized something powerful: The brand could no longer just be about me.

It had to be bigger, a movement — something that could inspire, unite, and elevate.

That’s how I picked the word “ennoble” for the name of the company and Ennobl Integrative Leadership was born. 

The word Ennobl means “to make noble.” To lift up. To restore dignity and purpose.

My hope is that when women see this word, they’ll think of becoming nobility themselves, and you know what? It’s time. 

It’s time women were recognized and appreciated for all that we do. It’s time we were treated like the Queens that we are. We kick butt and take names on a daily basis with lower pay, glass ceilings, and double standards.

And, yet - we get crumbs. 

Little recognition, and on-going demands expecting us to take what we get and like it. 

We no longer like it.

That’s what the Ennobl brand — this community — is here for: to teach women the skills to achieve the career success we want and deserve.

Returning to Ourselves

Ennobl Integrative Leadership was created for women professionals experiencing the “middle management mud” - that unique place in their careers where they are no longer entry level, but not yet in a role with any authority or leadership. 

This is the time when the most women professionals experience burnout and exit the working world altogether. 

But the thing is the world needs you. 

The world needs you to rise to the highest level you can, because that’s the only way we’ll experience rapid global change that will benefit everyone. 

This McKinsey study tells us that companies with more women at leadership levels, meaning Manager and above, have a 39% revenue advantage over their competitors. 

Ennobl not only helps women return to their authentic selves, but also gain the calm, clarity, and confidence needed to stay connected to that self, no matter what challenges come their way.
